Lucas has been building pergolas and outdoor structures since his early days as a carpenter. Site Visit & Design Discussion
We visit your property, assess the site, and discuss design options including materials, roofing type, and any integrated features.
Quote & Permit Assessment
We provide a detailed quote and let you know whether a building permit is required. If it is, we coordinate with a registered building surveyor on your behalf.
Deposit & Scheduling
A deposit secures your start date and locks in material orders. Payment terms are discussed during quoting. We aim to start within 2 to 4 weeks depending on permit requirements.
Construction
Outdoor structures typically take 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity. We communicate progress daily and keep the site clean.
Completion & Handover
We walk through the finished structure together, check every detail, and follow up after a week to make sure you are happy.
