Do I need council approval for a deck or pergola?
It depends on the height, size, and location. Some structures do require approval — we’ll guide you through the process or work with your certifier if needed.

How long will my deck or pergola take to build?
Most builds take 1–2 weeks, depending on size, design, and weather. We’ll give you a full schedule before we start.

What type of timber fences do you build?
We do all types: standard paling fences, post & rail, picket fences, horizontal slat feature fences, and custom gates to match.

How high can my fence be legally?
Most standard fences can be up to 2 metres without approval, but we’ll always double-check your local council’s guidelines before starting the job.

Do you offer any type of warranty?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on the materials we use and we only use class 1 (in the ground) timber posts. However,

Do you handle full shop fitouts?
Yes — we do complete fitouts from flooring and cladding to counters, shelving, and display joinery. We can work solo or alongside your designer, architect, or project manager.

Can you work outside regular business hours?
Absolutely. We’re happy to work evenings or weekends to avoid disrupting your business operations.

How does payment work?
We usually take a 50% deposit to lock in your job and cover materials a minimum 4 business days before site commencement, then the balance is paid on completion. Larger jobs may involve staged progress payments — we’ll outline that clearly in the quote.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — all our work is backed by a workmanship guarantee, and we only use quality materials that come with manufacturer warranties where applicable.
